The creator of Sosy Yoko - Yoko Wasabi is also the owner of Yoko
Sushi Bar & Restaurant in Poland. The restaurant has been in
business since 1997 and was one of the first in Poland to serve
sushi along with Japanese and Korean cuisine. The diversification of
the business took place in order to provide the consumers with a
high-quality product to use at home.
Yoko Wasabi is a refreshing sauce based on vegan egg-free mayonnaise
with a fat content reduced to 40%. The product is made from high
quality raw materials.
The sauce contains no animal additives, soya or peas. Yoko Wasabi
will prove to be an excellent addition to vegan dishes, salads,
seafood, steaks and burgers.
The product is gluten-free and lactose-free.
