Exhibitors list

The Jordanian Chefs Association (JCA) received its license on December 2013 and was accepted as a WACS member on February 2014.

The JCA is an organization of professional chefs with the responsibility of organizing events, exposure and recognition of the profession to the public in Jordan. Its activities are directed towards its professional members with the aim to improve culinary know how in Jordan. 280 members and under the umbrella of the JCA over 100 junior chefs in the Jordanian young chefs club Member’s benefits

  • - Having a membership in the Word Association of Chefs Societies WACS.
    - Participating in local and international culinary competitions.
    - Being updated with new improvements about cooking.
    - Contributing in promoting the Jordanian cuisine and working on developing the traditional dishes and presenting them in a modern way.
