Al-Ahliyya Amman University
Al-Ahliyya Amman University is the first private university
established in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan by a decree of the
Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in 1989. The
university has eight faculties, offering twenty-nine Bachelor degree
programs and eight Master degree programs.
Al-Ahliyya Amman University is a global smart university with a
sustainable knowledge environment that supports innovation.
In 2021, Al-Ahliyya Amman University response to the needs of the
tourism and hospitality sector and in cooperation with Movenpick
Hotels and Resorts has launched the Hospitality Management and
Culinary Arts subject. The aim is to prepare trained and qualified
students capable of achieving competitiveness at the local and
global level. The course's specialization has been developed to meet
the needs of the tourism sector of leaders capable of raising
standards, hospitality services and culinary arts that meet the high
standard expectations of tourists and the local community. As well
as providing job opportunities for young people, not only at the
local level, but also at the regional and global levels.
